Things are much simpler:

1. Open the page of the desired site.
2. Run the developer tools with F12 or Ctrl + Shift + i keyboard shortcut.
3. Go to the "Console" tab.
4. Enter the specified command: document.designMode='on';

This allows you to change the elements you want with design mode enabled.
